Good morning! 8:41 and 60 degrees at the moment. A beautiful day, at least so far. I'm up a little earlier than usual, but not the worse for wear.
One thing I'm noticing about being an old guy- an old person- is that we love our routines. We're ensconced in them. And anything that throws off those routines seems to give me just a little less sleep.
There's something I've been invited to on Saturday which the younger me would probably have gone for. It's out in the boondocks, and is an all-day affair. At this point, I'd be good for a couple hours, and would probably get lost on the way home.
But I still get my agoraphobic ass out of the house to play gigs. Had one in January, one in February, several in April, one in May, and one in August. Not as many as in past years, but I'm still in there. The rest of my time is spent here in the Lab, working on my stuff.

Fortunately, one of my routines is practicing. I'll continue to share my jam tapes on YouTube, and sometimes just direct to Facebook. Got some more up my sleeve..
