Happy Thanksgiving!

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! It's about 10:20, another bleak and desolate day. Doing it solo this year, which I'm not digging in the least, but it's safer. The invite I had was to a smallish house with 14 people packed in. Well, 14 counting me. Much as I'd love to be among people on this day, that was a bit much as far as population density. I enjoyed a nice dinner with this same family last year, and look forward to seeing them for next year's gathering. Got a reply, "sorry to hear. We'll set a place for you next year". Sounds good to me.

Music news. I think I'm experiencing a bit of post-partum blues. Lotsa stuff produced in this past year- six new recordings! Well actually, seven. Got a new one to put up, which I may even do today. One big complaint from musicians, as well as the obvious  loss of livelihood, is that there's nothing to work towards. In this respect, all these little CD projects of mine have scratched that itch for me. Given me a goal. Very thankful, speaking of Thanksgiving.

Well dang! Can't think of a blessed thing to share other than what I just wrote. The well is dry for the moment. As ever, thanks for stopping in and reading. Happy Thanksgiving to you! For now, I'm outa here. More later. PS Today's pic is of some assorted musical equipment here in the Music Lab. A homemade guitar by Jim Hughes to the left, then a Takamine electric and then my Gretsch. Keyboards are a Roland Fantom, and Ensoniq. My Fun Center..
