Good morning, whoever-reads-this! It's just a shade after nine, Working that first cup of coffee and easing into the day. The past two days have been a little funky, but this morning I'm back to nermal. I could tell the minute I woke up that I'd gotten enough sleep. Like a cloud has lifted. Like I said, you always feel wonderful after feeling funky..
Music news. Currently in a very prolific state. A litter of eight tunes, followed by another litter of five. The five new ones don't have names yet, but are listed as New Music One and so forth. I'll try and share on Facebook, but you can just go to the Music page here and listen to them.
And having gotten in my 7 hours of sleep, I just might get into some more trouble across the room. Harder to do creative stuff without it. I can still do the more technical things, and remixed my 5 newest ones yesterday. But the more fanciful stuff, I have to have enough REM-time in there. So we'll see.
Today is the Route 66 Festival. I think I got that name right. It's when people drive up and down the streets in their classic cars. Back in the days of Robbie's, it was the worst Friday you could get because downtown was all blocked off. You probably had to schlep a couple blocks with your equipment.
We learned to avoid that date, and it was a kind of sick fun to see who was sucker enough to play there during the Car Show. I do like classic cars though, from the 40s and 50s, and 60s up to about 1964. Just not the crowds. I wish I could say I liked cars until they changed Darrins on Bewitched, but that was 1969,
And that's all I've got for you for now. Thanks as ever for stopping in and reading. I do appreciate it! Happy Friday to you. For now, je suis outa here. More later.
